ProSoft Technology reckons its ProTalk Q modules are the ideal solution for connecting Quantum processors with a variety of networks.

ProSoft Technology reckons its ProTalk Q modules are the ideal solution for connecting Quantum processors with a variety of networks.

Support includes: Ethernet/IP (PTQ-DFNT); DF1 Master/Slave (PTQ-DFCM); Hart multidrop (PTQ-Hart); IEC60870-5-101 slave (PTQ-101S); IEC60870-5-103 (PTQ-103M); IEC60870-5-104 server (PTQ-104S); DNP 3.0 master/slave (PTQ-DNP); DNP Ethernet server (PTQ-DNPSNET); and Landis and Gyr (PTQ-LNG).

These powerful in-chassis modules offer many features and benefits including: cost effective single-slot solutions; backplane compatibility with Quantum processors; and their built-in Ethernet port allows support for 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet communications.

The PTQ modules allow Quantum processors to communicate directly with foreign devices and networks, providing greater interface flexibility, reduced time and costs and simplified installation and startups.

The PTQ modules have two serial ports, one programming/status port (RS232-only) and one Ethernet port.

The two serial ports are application ports allowing easy connectivity to foreign devices (RS232/422/485).

As data are exchanged between the serial network and the processor using the internal database, these modules are the ideal solution where Quantum processors need to communicate with foreign devices and networks.

The PTQ modules come with ProSoft's 1-year warranty and unlimited technical support.

Sales are available worldwide.
