This powerful module's backplane connectivity, high-speed data exchange rate, and data archival capabilities enable the polling of oil heads, the retention of data despite potential loss of connectivity, and make this data accessible either remotely or at the enterprise level.
The PC56-LX800 is ideal for applications where the use of paperless automation systems is required for compliance reporting in accordance with the EPA and other regulatory agencies.
Its high-speed data exchange rate allows the module to integrate seamlessly into large-scale systems (including Scada) while its data archival capabilities enable the retention of data despite potential loss of connectivity and makes this data accessible both remotely and at the enterprise level, which in turn maintains the integrity of the data and the network.
The open platform of the PC56-LX800 module supports Microsoft's Window XP, Windows CE and Linux, enabling users to tightly integrate their applications into the ControlLogix world as either a stand-alone PC or as an industrial PC with network and/or backplane connectivity.
The PC56-LX800 can be used for three levels of solutions: as a stand-alone industrial PC; as an industrial PC with network connectivity; and as an industrial PC with backplane connectivity.
