The Sanyo DL-LS1036 is a high-output red laser diode, providing 35mW of optical power in the 635nm wavelength band combined with 50C operation.

Available from Photonic Products in a 9mm package the DL-LS1036 has a threshold current of 50mA, typical operating current of 90mA, operating voltage of 2.4V, monitor output current of 0.3mA, differential efficiency of 0.7mW/mA and astigmatism of 10mm.

The DL-LS1036 requires a positive (N-type) power supply system and has an operating temperature of -10 to +50C.

The DL-LS1036 is an AlGalnP laser diode using misoriented substrate and MQW active layer suitable for use in a broad range of applications such as laser levellers, laser scanners and optical measurement equipment particularly where high visibility is required.
