New from Photonic Products is a 645nm visible red laser alignment system, the 300-0100-00 series, offering unrivalled performance and ease of use at affordable prices.

Designed for applications demanding accuracy, consistency, and repeatability such as clothing and textile manufacture, machine vision and industrial alignment, the modules are compact, versatile and highly cost effective.

The laser intensity is user adjustable, from 0.1 to 4.5mW, allowing brightness to be optimised for the target material.

A range of interchangeable pre-aligned optics, (large, small, cross, line, line with centre dot), are available and provide optimum laser beam performance.

Focus is also user adjustable using the supplied tool.

The laser diode modules incorporate antisurge, antistatic and reverse-polarity protected electronics, antireflection coated scratch resistant glass window to protect the internal optics and 2.1mm jack socket to ease installation and replacement, all contained in a 14mm diameter housing.

Each laser diode module is supplied with an adjustable mounting bracket, (with Allen key), wall plug power supply and power adjustment tool.

Other options include a four-outlet junction box, allowing up to four modules to be operated from one wall plug power supply, 2/5m power extension leads and interchangeable optics heads, which are all available separately.
