Photonic Products now offers OEMs and system integrators a versatile and cost-effective subassembly design and manufacture service and one-stop source for precision CNC multi-axis sliding-head milling and turning.
OEMs using the streamlined and highly automated service no longer have to order and stock the many different parts making up an assembly; instead, a single part number covers the whole assembly, which is delivered complete and, where relevant, tested and ready for immediate use.
In modern production processes, this outsourcing of component manufacturing and subassembly has transformed the co-operation between OEMs and component suppliers.
While its customers concentrate increasingly on their core areas, Photonic Products, as a high-performance, value-added system supplier, takes responsibility for the manufacturing and assembly systems required to deliver complex assemblies to the market cost-effectively.
Photonic Products has developed sophisticated processes for high volume and custom designed electro-optical component and subassembly manufacturing in its state-of-the-art 1200m2 manufacturing facility, lead by a skilled team highly qualified in the machining of difficult components.
Any work requiring quality prototype or small batch production through to high volumes can be easily handled on its extensive CNC machining facilities.
