The Factorpax range of industrial and engineering components have been extended to provide even greater choice of pre-selected items.
As well as all generally used threaded and unthreaded fixing parts, the range also covers grease nipples and grommets, pipe fittings, springs, seals, 'O' rings, woodruff keys and first aid kits etc.
A representative range of individual parts can be supplied in boxed quantities to suit the needs of production assembly, R and D, test, development and prototype manufacture as well as general service, maintenance and repair engineer requirements.
Specialised packs for automotive brake parts, electrical products including wiring terminations and fuses together with 'O' ring and bonded seals for both static and dynamic applications can also be supplied.
The provision of selected assortments which have consistent and relevant content has proved to be a welcome development.
It guarantees essential parts are always available in the quantities required, but prevents overstocking of any slow-moving items which can lead to inefficiency and waste.
Mobile service engineers can now be supported with boxed selections of all their most commonly used parts which ensures that productive time is not thwarted through the lack of small but important components.
All parts are manufactured to the highest quality and meet national production standards.
They are supplied in plastic containers fitted with transparent hinged or sliding covers, while container bases are also colour coded as clear, green, blue red or yellow for positive identification.
These containers can be compartmentalised and are available for companies wishing to make up selections of products particular to their own requirements.
As well as over 200 standard product packs currently available, we can also supply special assortments to customer requirements, with own branding and special packaging or labelling facilities also available.
