New extruder expands production
capabilities

Premier Material Concepts provides a broad range of TPE gasket materials supported by an array of fabrication capabilities.
"This new extruder allows us to expand our production capabilities as we continue to meet the growing demands of our customers".
PMC's new extruder includes a gravimetric blending system that allows for precise control over product formulation, colouring and blending.
It also contains auto-gauging equipment for accurate material thickness and an auto-deckling system for quick material width changes.
The extruder is equipped to handle material gauges from 0.005 to 0.250in and sheet widths up to 55in.
This new line will be capable of extruding numerous resin products such as ABS, acrylics, TPO, TPE and others used in signage, thermoforming and industrial applications.
