Digital frame grabber has enhanced features
The new Coreco Imaging Rebel Digital is a cost-effective digital frame grabber offering many new features not previously available.
The PP600 lighting controller was originally designed to offer a wide range of functionality.
This flexibility came at a price and some customers required a faster switching specification that was available.
The new PP600F version limits some of the maximum timing ranges in return for a far faster switching time.
The F version is aimed at applications with very fast moving parts or where lighting switch times can affect the inspection results.
The PP711 is a heatsink kit for the PP600, and provides a dual, low voltage fan-cooled heatsink, complete wit mounting screws for the PP600 and tinned flying leads for the power supply.
The PP711 allows the PP600 series to generate higher output currents, with the ability to dissipate up to 30W of heat compared with 10W as standard.
This enables the unit to be used with more powerful LED lights without overheating and component damage.
The PP721 PC drive bay mounting kit allows the PP600 range to be mounted in a standard 5.25in drive bay.
This is particularly useful where space is at a premium, or where there is no separate electrical cabinet to hand.
The PP600 is mounted in a sliding tray for easy maintenance and access to the unit controls.
The package includes the 5.25in mounting frame, sliding tray and all fixing screws, and is ideal if lighting control is needed in a stand-alone machine vision system.
The PP701 DIN rail mounting kit provides a solution to mounting the PP600 series to a standard DIN rail setup common in many industrial installations.
The kit consists of two small clips and a set of fixing screws.
Installation takes less than 2min. Request a free brochure from Firstsight Vision ...
