Stemmer Imaging has announced that the uEye RE camera series from IDS is now available at the same price as standard models.
The uEye RE camera series is designed for use in harsh industrial manufacturing environments.
The uEye RE camera series is especially designed for use in harsh industrial manufacturing environments.
The compact USB 2.0 RE cameras feature a ruggedised housing and, with special lens tubes, meet IP65/67 standards.
They are shock-proof and EMI compliant and are ideally suited to robot vision and or inspection applications in dusty and wet production environments.
The versatile uEye RE series features 19 different monochrome or colour versions, with resolutions ranging from VGA (640 x 480 pixels) to 5 megapixel.
The compact size allows use in limited space.
The smallest version (without the lens) measures approximately 41 x 41 x 41 mm and weighs less than 150g.
All models provide a universal, opto-isolated trigger input as well as an opto-isolated output for operating illumination, for example.
