For use in potentially explosive areas designated Zone 2, Phoenix Contact has launched two Quint power supplies and a Quint diode redundancy module The compact 5 and 10A power supplies are ATEX approved type "n" according to EN50021, and to UL for Class 1, Division 2

Combined with operation from 85-264V AC or 90-250V DC the power supplies are suitable for use in installations worldwide.

The power supplies have an adjustable output voltage of 22.5-28.5V and an MTBF of greater than 500kh.

They include a potential-free relay contact and an active transistor output for signalling the status of the output voltage.

In many applications 100% power supply redundancy is required, therefore an ATEX approved type "n" diode redundancy module has also been introduced, that allows the outputs of two power supplies to be connected together. Request a free brochure from Phoenix Contact ...
