Fieldline, the open-bus installation system from Phoenix Contact in the IP65/67 protection category, will now be expanded to accommodate the Fieldline Modular design Fieldline Modular can handle complex functions such as analogue or digital inputs and outputs

The powerful local bus can network up to 16 local bus devices of any functionality, achieving a range of up to 20m.

This circumference allows decentralised handling of functional units as a single bus node.

The new modular design is also distinguished by compact dimensions, effective use of space, and a practical handling of all connections and control elements.

Fieldline Modular is equipped with the new Speedcon connection technology from Phoenix Contact.

This quick locking system enables the connection of sensors, actuators, bus cables and power supply cables in a half turn based on the "plug and turn" principle.

It is also completely compatible with standard M12 plug connectors.

With the Fieldline Modular and Fieldline Stand-Alone designs, Phoenix Contact offers a complete pallet of I/O components for machine-oriented installation directly in the field.
