Phoenix Contact will use the six Regional Hazard Ex events to showcase new products designed for use in hazardous environments, including rail mounting terminals, power supplies for Zone 2 and interface devices.

All the popular ranges of the rail mounting terminals comply fully with the ATEX Directive as standard, ensuring consistent high quality and reliability, with no additional prices or delivery times.

The compact power supplies come in 5A and 10A versions and are ATEX approved to type "n" according to EN50021, and to UL for Class 1, Division 2, and combined with operation from 85-264V AC or 90-250V DC they are suitable for use in installations worldwide.

In addition the company will be offering its widely requested ATEX poster and other supportive documents to assist customers in the understanding of these directives.
