All the requirements of the "Intrinsically Safe i" explosion protection type have been incorporated into the control technology.

The multistage protective circuit combines rapid response and excellent voltage limitation with a high discharge capacity.

The spring-cage connection means that installation is simple and less time-consuming.

The knife disconnect for each wire improves commissioning and testing, together with isolation of the signal circuits, without disturbing the wiring.

The security of the circuit's reference earth potential is achieved through a simple DIN rail mounting system.
