Phoenix Contact has published the third in its series of wall posters - this time explaining the definitions and standards associated with the IP ratings in a simple tabular format.
The Pluscon sensor actuator cabling poster is produced in full colour in a large A2 size format making it an ideal reference guide for both designers and users of electrical equipment.
The IP ratings, to IEC60529 (DIN60529) are described in detail for both the first and second parts of the code, which identify the various degrees of protection.
