Phoenix Contact will showcase wireless for Zone 2 for the first time in the UK at the 2006 HazardEx conference and exhibition in Coventry.

Phoenix Contact will showcase wireless for Zone 2 for the first time in the UK at the 2006 HazardEx conference and exhibition in Coventry.

The Trusted Wireless system, can be installed in ATEX Zone 2 hazardous areas.

The RAD-ISM-2400-SET-UD-ANT unidirectional wireless transmission system is designed for high reliability applications in process industries where it is difficult or expensive to lay cables.

The wireless system transmits one 4-20mA analogue and two digital signals over ranges up to 3000m to one or more receivers.

Phoenix Contact will also be showing other Zone 2 products including the new range of 6.2 mm wide Mini MCR analogue modules, rail mounted terminals and power supplies.
