The Liquid X valve's performance characteristics are consistently met over the entire life cycle rating of the valve - ten million cycles meeting all specifications.
The EPDM and FFKM elastomer options in combination with the Peek body ensure performance and reliability in harsh liquid and gaseous media, such as bleach, acids, and chlorinated solvents.
Additional performance characteristics of the Liquid X include: low internal volume; flow rates of 20 litre/min of air with 50lb/in2(g) applied; vacuum to 50lb/in2 operating pressure range; repeatable cycle times - "open" and "drop-out" response times less than 20ms; and a leak rate specification of better than 0.016cm3/min air at 50lb/in2(g).
All specifications are met over environmental conditions ranging from 0 to 50C and require 2W maximum power for 12 and 24V DC.
Efficient packaging, 12mm centres, makes Liquid X ideal for manifold mounting and allows designers to significantly reduce the overall system size.
The manifold sub-base provides maximum installation flexibility.
Female threaded 10-32 or 0.25-28 interface allows the OEM to choose their preferred fluid connectors on single or multiple station assemblies.
Electrical termination incorporates 2.54mm pitch mail pins.
