Trubind 700 cartridges remove oils by chemically binding them into an environmentally sound polymer-based media.
Radial flow design encourages maximum flow with minimal pressure drop, whilst high integrity construction acts to withstand harsh process environments.
With a recommended maximum flow rate of 19 l/min, each Trubind 700 series cartridge can remove up to 1200 grams of low-density hydrocarbon contaminants.
The new larger Trubind 700 cartridges have been developed to increase life and reduce operating costs.
The cartridges are available in 18 in (457 mm) and 36 inch (914 mm) lengths, with 6 1/4 in (159 mm) outside diameter and 2 5/8 in (67 mm) inside diameter.
A range of stationary and trolly mounted vessels are also available.
Trubind 700 cartridges are particularly successful in increasing machine tool life when installed at point-of-use, because they do not strip away lubricants or anti-rust and antifoaming attributes typically found in coolants, machine tool coolant can be kept cleaner at lower cost.
Wastewater can be effectively treated and the working life of valuable process fluids increased.
Trubind 700 cartridges are classified as non-hazardous and are incinerable, disposal being dictated by local authority regulations pertaining to the absorbed contaminant. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin - Filter Division ...
