Drain cuts out expensive air losses
The ZLD Series zero-air-loss drain from Parker Balston can eliminate expensive losses of compressed air, resulting in lower overall operating costs.
The ZLD Series zero-air-loss drain from Parker Balston can eliminate expensive losses of compressed air, resulting in lower overall operating costs - an important consideration with the Climate Change Levy Suitable for use on filters and dryers, the new ZLD Series zero-air-loss drain conserves compressed air energy by only expelling oil/water condensate from the compressed air system

Highest accuracy from portable particle counter
The latest in a globally proven range of portable particle counters, LaserCM provides a 6 channel model that uses laser light as a development to the standard 'white light' CM20.
As condensate collects in the internal sump, a diaphragm is held closed by the system pressure.
When the liquid level sensor detects an accumulation of condensate, an electromagnet is activated, relieving the system pressure above the diaphragm allowing condensate to escape.
As the condensate level decreases, system pressure is reintroduced above the diaphragm, closing off the flow of waste liquid before compressed air can escape.
The electric sensor is insensitive to pollution providing long-term stability.
Two models are available: the ZLD-10 and ZLD-20 offering, respectively: maximum compressor performance of 612 and 224m3/h; maximum refrigerated dryer performance of 1224 and 2448m3/h; and maximum filter capacities of 6120 and 12240m3/h.
The units operate with most common supply voltages from 24V DC to 230V AC.
Pressure range of both models is 0.8 to 17bar.
The ZLD Series zero-air-loss drain is featured in the new compressed air treatment brochure published by Parker Filter Division Europe. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin - Filter Division ...
