The Megabond Plus Series of melt-blown bonded depth filter cartridges features high dirt holding capacity and absolute rated filtration efficiency Applications for Megabond Plus include high technology coatings, food and beverages, photographics, plating, chemical processing and membrane prefiltration

A new, innovative manufacturing process ensures that Megabond Plus cartridges have a high dirt holding capacity, long service life and virtually no contaminant migration.

Parker's melt blowing process involves high velocity are blowing a molten thermoplastic resin from an extruder die tip onto a collection surface to form a fine fibre web.

The cartridge has a fixed core inner structure of thermally bonded continuous microfine polypropylene fibres.

The outer layer fixed pore structure has been modified to maximise the graded density surface area to enhance dirt-holding capacity.

Polypropylene fibres provide wide chemical compatibility for a variety of applications.

No surfactants or binders are present to interrupt product quality or cause foaming.

All construction materials are FDA listed as acceptable for potable and edible liquid contact.

Megabond Plus cartridges are available in absolute ratings of 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 70, 90 and 120um. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin - Filter Division ...
