The new SR2 is the first Parker SR series suction and return filter to feature an LEIF element.
The backpressure valve, incorporating an emergency suction valve, is also unique.
In addition, the filter is equipped with an automatic drain device.
The SR2 can be used in applications with a maximum flow rate of 250 litre/min at a maximum pressure of 10bar and is available with either 10 or 20um filter elements.
Designed to help reduce manufacturing costs, the filter housing has various ports for return and suction oil, to facilitate several return and/or suction lines.
The standard SR2 is equipped with two G1in ports for the suction connections and a G1.25in port for the return oil.
The housing can be supplied with an optional second G1.25in port for return oil.
The internal bypass has a low hysteresis to maintain the positive pressure in the filter housing.
