The new NitroSource industrial nitrogen generator system produces high volumes of nitrogen from compressed air safely and efficiently with a unique and expandable modular subunit system.

Based on Parker hollow fibre membrane technology, the new NitroSource generator offers volumes up to 3744Nm2/h and purity up to 99.5%.

NitroSource provides a low-cost source of nitrogen and the ability to expand the output from the generator as business demand increases.

NitroSource comprises a main unit that can be expanded with up to five modular subunits.

With the master/slave feature, up to 10 main units and their subunits can be connected and controlled as one generator.

The NitroSource nitrogen generator incorporates a filtration stage that optimises the inlet compressed air quality, ensuring long membrane life.

The generator also features a digital data management system to monitor, store and communicate parameters such as pressure, flow and residual oxygen concentration.

With no moving parts, NitroSource offers reliable, trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance.

The generator is ready to operate as soon as the compressed air supply is connected.

Connection to an external storage vessel ensures that the system is able to cope with peak demand in applications where the nitrogen demand is variable.
