Filters maximise particle removal

ProBond resin bonded filter cartridges are now available with an optional metallic core for paint, ink, resin and adhesives manufacturing applications where high strength is necessary.

Parker Hannifin ProBond resin bonded filter cartridges are now available with an optional metallic core for paint, ink, resin and adhesives manufacturing applications where high strength is necessary, for example, for high viscosity resins and where high pressure differential is a requirement of the process Available in sizes and end cap styles to fit all industry standard vessels, ProBond's patented cartridge, with its unique proprietary two-stage filtration design, maximises particle removal and, therefore, service life in coatings applications

An outer spiral prefilter collects large particles and agglomerates increasing cartridge life dramatically.

The outer wrap also eliminates loose debris associated with conventional, machined, resin bonded cartridges.

The use of extra-long fibres and resin impregnation produces an inherently strong cartridge enabling use in high viscosity applications and at high pressures and elevated temperatures.

Silicone-free construction ensures that there is no contamination to adversely affect the adhesion properties of coatings.

"Coatings industry manufacturers favour ProBond because of its unique filtration performance and low cost filtration", says Chris Faulder, Product Manager at Parker Process Filtration Division.

"Moreover, Parker is even prepared to supply free samples to prove those benefits". Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin - Filter Division ...
