Bailey takes top job
Parker Hannifin has promoted David Bailey to the position of General Manager of Filtration Division Europe with effect from 1st January 2004.

David Bailey has been General Manager of Parker's European Instrumentation Division for the past six years.
He joined Parker Hannifin in 1983 and has previously served as Export Supervisor, Sales Engineer, European Sales and Marketing Manager for the Connectors Group, and as Operations Manager of the European Instrumentation Division.
He holds a BSc in production engineering and business from Sheffield University.
"We are pleased to have someone with David's background and experience assume this key leadership role for the Filter Division Europe", said Group President, John Oelslager.
"With his experience and knowledge of Parker, I am confident that he will help the division achieve new levels of performance".
David Bailey succeeds Doug Blakeman who has been appointed Vice President of Marketing/Sales and Business Development at the Parker Filtration Group world headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.
