CAD software covers educational demands

The Allen School of Engineering and Technology at Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana will use progeCAD 2007 Professional.

ProgeSoft is donating progeCAD 2007 Professional CAD software to the Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana.

Tri-State University, with approximately 1450 students, was founded in 1884.

TSU offers civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering degrees.

The Allen School of Engineering and Technology will use progeCAD to educate its students in the fields of civil and environmental engineering, computer aided drafting and design technology, computer engineering, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.

progeCAD 2007 Professional, the latest IntelliCAD software from ProgeSoft, includes a library manager for discipline specific symbols, ACIS solid modelling, raster image support, rendering, and a unique set of tools that only ProgeSoft offers.

progeCAD software supports the DWG design file format, from version 2.5 to 2007, plus support for AutoCAD menus, scripts, blocks and AutoLISP.
