applications

Dependable and economical high-purity filtration systems for even the most aggressive chemicals can easily be implemented using the new TruFluor and TruFluor+ filter housings from the Process Filtration Division of Parker Hannifin With wetted parts manufactured from chemically inert solvent-resistant PFA, the new filter housings are suitable for a wide range of demanding applications, including those associated with the manufacture of semiconductors and printed circuit boards

Available in 4 and 10in versions with standard 0.25in gauge connections upstream and downstream, TruFluor housings feature a simple but rugged design, which means that they provide a long service life in even the toughest of environments.

In addition, their two-piece construction guarantees easy installation and positive sealing.

For critical high-purity filtration applications involving aggressive media, Parker offers TruFluor+ housings which combine broad chemical compatibility with ultra-high-purity construction.

For maximum user convenience, they feature a stationary bowl and locking ring, which ensure that the filter cartridges are easy to replace, and that positive sealing is readily achieved.

TruFluor+ housings can be supplied in 10, 20 and 30in versions with a wide variety of port and vent/drain configurations.

All types are packaged in a clean-room environment to eliminate the need for precleaning before they are put into service.

Both TruFluor and TruFluor+ housings provide excellent flow performance with minimum pressure drop.

With pressure ratings of 4.5bar at up to 95C and 5.2bar up to 20C, they can be used under a wide range of operating conditions. Request a free brochure from Parker Hannifin - Process Air and Gas ...
