A new six-page bulletin profiles the Pemserter in-die fastener feeding system for installing a wide range of self-clinching fasteners during the stamping process.

A new six-page bulletin profiles the Pemserter in-die fastener feeding system for installing a wide range of self-clinching fasteners (including nuts, studs, and standoffs) during the stamping process.

Quick-connected to a stamping press with properly tooled die to feed and install fasteners, this mobile system eliminates secondary operations by performing fastener-installation in the die during stamping for improved job productivity and quality.

"Bulletin PSPD" provides a complete overview of the in-die fastener feeding system, which is virtually "plug and play".

Systems can be configured for multiple or single insertions.

Operators are guided by a touch-screen (for setup and operation) and an online library of fault/help screens.

Standard, in-press removable tooling can handle complex workpieces.

Customised tooling can be engineered to meet more specific application needs.

In addition, the bulletin highlights various equipment and tooling options, including the availability of an In-Die Plus module to enable expansion of fastener-feeding capabilities.

The Pemserter in-die fastener feeding system consists of the fastener-feeding cart, in-die removable tooling, and post-insertion verification sensors.

Customers are fully supported from die design through installation and in-house training.
