Knowles takes on NDT applications
Jim Knowles, a leading authority on non-destructive testing, has joined Phoenix Inspection Systems as Applications Manager.
Jim Knowles, a leading authority on non-destructive testing (NDT), has joined Phoenix Inspection Systems as Applications Manager Knowles, 48, is well known within the international NDT community as one of BNFL's former NDT specialists and a member of the CEN standards committees
From 1996 to 1998 he was also a director of the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT).
In his new role Knowles will advise Phoenix clients on inspection techniques for novel or difficult geometries.
