The Mini Magman can be used on everything from flat plate to pipes as small as three-inch outside diameter and is the suitable tool for testing pipe to elbow welds.

Phoenix Inspection Systems' Mini Magman is a low-profile magnetic wheeled scanner suitable for use with phased array, TOFD and pulse echo techniques It is a smaller version of the Magman, one of Phoenix' best selling scanners

It can be used on everything from flat plate to pipes as small as three-inch outside diameter and is the suitable tool for testing pipe to elbow welds.

The Mini Magman is suitable for inspections where ultrasonics are being used to replace radiography in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code - 2007 Edition.

The Mini Magman is fully encoded and holds up to four ultrasonic probes.

It allows the use of a chain guide, belt attachment and nonmagnetic wheels.
