The Type 460 load cell addresses the requirements of the processing industry for higher accuracy weight and force measurement in demanding production environments.

Available now from Penko Engineering, the Type 460 load cell addresses the requirements of the processing industry for higher accuracy weight and force measurement in demanding production environments.

The Type 460 is made from stainless steel, is compact and easy to install in a wide variety of applications including tanks, silos, bins, hoppers, weighbridges and mixers and is IP68 rated.

The laboratory-standard specification of the Type 460 load cell includes an accuracy of 0.017% of any net capacity above 30% of the carrying capacity (from 5000 to 100,000kg per load cell), OIML certification to R60, and ATEX certification for all zones.

A wide range of loading assemblies are available, offering the possibility to make highly accurate weight measurements where it was practically impossible to do so before.
