Platinum Sensors is a newly formed company which has been appointed as the official distributor of temperature sensors produced by Heraeus Sensor-Nite.

Heraeus is the world's largest and longest established manufacturer of platinum thin film temperature sensors to the Pt 100, Pt 500, Pt 1000 and Pt 2000 standards.

These high quality and innovative sensors are produced using state of the art manufacturing techniques.

They are small in size, low cost and provide high levels of measurement accuracy and stability over a wide operating range.

They are suitable for use in most temperature measurement applications.

In addition to standard thin film sensors, versions can be supplied in SMD 1206, SMD 805, TO92 and SOT 223 packages.

These are especially useful as replacements for lower accuracy thermistors or KTY type sensors.

Platinum Sensors is owned and managed by John Collier, who was previously UK Sales Manager for Heraeus Sensor-Nite for over 16 years.

The company holds stocks of all popular sensors in the UK for immediate delivery worldwide.
