Power Test recently delivered two Model CA2540 5-axle, adjustable wheelbase, heavy-duty chassis dynamometers to Oshkosh Trucks, Oshkosh, WI The dynamometers, multi-axle versions of Power Test's newly developed tandem axle heavy-duty chassis dynamometer Model CF1040, will be used for break-in and power verification of every severe-duty vehicle that comes off the Oshkosh production line after January 1, 2001

Patterns and test procedures are created using a standard PC.
Once the patterns are created, they are loaded by the operator through the use of a handheld touchscreen from inside the cab of the vehicle.
As with all Power Test products it has been completely designed, manufactured, and assembled at their world headquarters in Menomonee Falls, WI, USA.
