Using Pro-Server Ex software and the latest AGP3000 range of HMIs, users can manage real-time production lines using a low cost networking solution for production sites and offices, even when different PLC manufacturers are used.

Pro-Server Ex provides the means to use information in innovative ways with its new, versatile functionality.

Key features of Pro-Server Ex include: a wizard function to prepare reports and create network projects; a report function that enables data from devices to be compiled into structured formats; device status monitoring of equipment with no programming involved; device-to-device communication that enables data sharing with connected devices; data logging that allows data to be collected in real-time from connected devices; recipes that can transfer data directly from offices to equipment on-site; and set up of e-mail alerts to send e-mails whenever a certain event occurs.
