Serial I/O allows the controllers to be easily connected to peripherals such as a temperature controller or an inverter.

With a 3.8-inch LED display, it measures 130 x 104 x 70.5mm.
Its compact size allows it to be mounted anywhere on an operation panel.

Display parts, such as lamps and meters; operating functions such as buttons and switches and control functions such as a small PLC are all integrated into one package.
It is possible to save wiring and space for the device and also reduce the number of parts.
A further reinforced external I/O comes as standard equipment.
The units are equipped with six transistor output points to meet the requirements for special I/O.
It offers acceleration and deceleration pulse output at a maximum 65kHz and a high-speed counter input at 100kHz provided as standard.
The powerful I/O interfaces are compatible not only with equipment that uses a large number of lamps and meters but also highly functional equipment that requires sophisticated positioning.
Thirteen kinds of GP-Pro EX modules in which two modules achieve more than 100 combinations.
It is possible to add on a maximum of two sets of GP-Pro EX modules, each of which consists of a total of 13 types of scalable units.
A combination of units can achieve a high degree of customisation.
