The PS3450A/PS3451A diskless solution will ensure stable operation with no danger of hard disk crashes.
Pro-face UK has released the PS3450A/PS3451A panel PCs.
The new models have two CF card slots, one for the OS, the other for data writing.
It is also possible to use the models for small inspection devices or compact production information display terminals.
The 8.4in design suits users who would like to install a powerful panel computer onto small equipment.
With Windows XP Embedded (XPE) the IPC can be used as a portable jig as the diskless solution will ensure stable operation with no danger of hard disk crashes.
PLC information can be collected when using WinGP software.
The Wake On Lan remote boot function allows users to operate the panel computer from the server PC remotely).
