The S1000 can be purchased in a range of 19" drawer systems available from 1kVA to 3kVA - only 3U, or alternatively as a freestanding format.
All products are Network ready and have an excellent range of very competitive optional smartcards including USHA card, Opto coupler, BMS (building management system) card, etc.
Compact, yet with an easy to read visual display, the S1000 series uses true on-line double-conversion technology and has a failsafe internal bypass switch with manual control as standard.
All units have a fast recharge option, advanced microprocessor control and small footprint.
They can also be supplied with long back-up times.
The 19" rackmount format can be manufactured as a rack tower system with smoke glass doors that can be colour co-ordinated to match an existing enterprise.
Full OEM facilities are available including the printing of personalised literature.
The RS232 serial port offers communication direct to the UPS via a serial cable whilst the installation of an USHA card (universal SNMP and HTTP adapter) provides an easy to use sophisticated management solution offering an interface between the UPS and the network.
The embedded HTTP server is capable of processing, forwarding and receiving HTTP commands whilst the embedded SNMP chips allows messages to be sent and received.
Both facilities can be carried out simultaneously.
Conforming to all relevant electrical safety standards and carrying the CE mark, the S1000 is supported by Power Control's full range of services.
These include specification and free site surveys through to full warranty and maintenance packages, which are undertaken by the company's own team of mobile and highly trained engineers and in-house technicians.
