On 1st January 2006, PCM and its subsidiary Dosys will merge in order to unite their skills in the field of food equipment within a single entity: PCM Food.
The two companies are natural allies, with their identical quality-oriented culture, and PCM components being an integral part of the dosing systems developed by Dosys.
Both companies are counting on this union to build new avenues of growth.
As the world leader in progressive cavity pumps, PCM brings to the alliance its catalogue of highly technological components and its international coverage, with six manufacturing sites and about 20 sales offices worldwide.
As a supplier of process solutions for the food markets, Dosys will obtain from this merger the sound financial base and the logistics it now requires for international growth.
The new entity will allow it to optimise its innovative potential.
