Pumps are both ecological and economical
Just a few weeks after obtaining ISO14001 environmental certification, PCM has released the EcoMoineau Series - a new range of pumps dedicated to environmental markets.

PCM Moineau filter press feeding provides a cost-effective and reliable solution for plate feeder presses used in environmental dewatering applications.
The ISO14001 procedure was implemented through the combined initiative of three major players in the company: shareholders who are concerned about the environment; employees who are actively involved; and customers, particularly in petrol and industry sectors, who have high expectations with regards to the environment, and whose concerns are often safety-related.
When designing a product, PCM considers its potential effects on the environment over the entire life cycle, from manufacturing to recycling.
This is done in strict observance of the regulations in force, often going beyond the regulatory requirements.
This rational approach structures every stage of product development, from the choice of suppliers to the worldwide organisation of logistics.
The involvement of PCM in environmental issues is nothing new.
For many years, the company has devoted its expertise and a wide range of pump systems to this market: reagent dosing pumps, pumps for the transfer of primary or concentrated sludge in the treatment of municipal or industrial wastewater etc.
The new ISO14001 certification covers all the French PCM sites.
PCM also applies a policy of involving its supplier partners and promoting public awareness outside the company (public administration, local councils, occupational health etc).
