The RK53E-P motion detector is an intelligent microprocessor controlled opening sensor for all automatic door and gate systems used in industrial applications.

The RK53E-P motion detector is an intelligent microprocessor controlled opening sensor for all automatic door and gate systems used in industrial applications.

With a maximum mounting height of 6m, a frontal range of up to 20m can be achieved.

Radar motion detectors basically work on microwave technology.

Within the defined protection zone, the integrated control allows for a more reliable and precise evaluation of moving objects including directional detection.

Simple adjustments also allow for the speed of movement, the response time of control outputs and the selection of a normally open or normally closed relay function to be made.

Operating at a supply voltage of between 12 and 30V DC, the detector is mounted in an aluminium and polycarbonate housing, which is sealed to IP65.

Furthermore, a digital filter function ensures any external disturbances such as fluorescent lighting, rain or snow are quickly suppressed, guaranteeing that the doors or gates operate to an optimum wherever installed.
