An expanded range of photoelectric safety products now includes ATEX approved safety light curtain devices for Zone 2 and Zone 22.
The new SLC/133 is available with 14, 30, 60 and 90mm resolutions for finger, hand, arm and leg protection, or as a multiple beam version for personnel detection.
The SLC/133 units incorporate the same operating features as the standards devices, including: Cat 4, IP66, robust modular construction; inbuilt OSSD outputs; manual or auto restart functions; and a diagnostic LED display.
The units are certified in accordance with the new ATEX guidelines for use in either a Zone 2 (Gas) or a Zone 22 (Dust) environment.
ATEX ratings are Ex 11 3 G Eex nA 11 TA and Ex 11 3 IP67 T 90C.
