Controller makes installing a tracking system on a conveyor or production line easier using Ethernet connectivity and a choice of read-write heads.

Installing a tracking system on a conveyor or production line is made easier with the Ident Controller from Pepperl+Fuchs.

The flexibility of Ethernet connectivity coupled with the choice of read-write heads of the System P products are designed to meet and exceed requirements.

The controller will connect to four read-write heads, either short-range inductive types (100mm) or long-range microwave types (4m).

Complete configuration and commissioning can be completed from the intuitive menu driven display on the front of the controller so there is no need for laptops, commissioning software and cables.

All connections are via plug connectors and the sturdy metal housing is rated at IP65 (no enclosure required), making installation simple.
