Even when used in the food industry, ML7 series sealed photoelectric sensors can easily withstand the cleaning and disinfection processes.

Claiming high reliability, even under the toughest cleaning conditions, the Pepperl+Fuchs ML7 series of miniature photoelectric sensors are now certified by Ecolab to IP69K.

The watertight protection of the robust plastic housing and the scratch resistant lens mean that the sensors can be used in almost any environment and can be subjected to high levels of moisture.

Even when used in the food industry, the photoelectric sensors can easily withstand the cleaning and disinfection processes.

This proven material stability, which has also been certified by Ecolab, is compatible with the following cleaning agents, P3 topactive 200, P3 topactive DES, P3-topax 56 and P3-topax 66.

The ML7 excels due to a complete series of extra features for simple commissioning.

Sensitivity is adjusted using Teach-In.

Highly visible display LEDs are used to signal operational readiness, function reserve, switching state, and output-side short circuit.

Other highlights include flexible mounting, support for customary connection technology, low sensitivity to mutual interference as well as enhanced resistance to extraneous light sources.
