The Impact Vision Program Manager (VPM) offers more than 120 tools, including OCR, blob analysis, circle gauge, circular pattern find, line find and sub-pixel gauging.

PPT Vision has released the Impact T3X series of intelligent cameras which, along with the bundled Impact software suite, delivers high-end machine vision power and flexibility in a compact form factor The Impact T series offers high-performance on-board image processing, real-time I/O and 128Mbyte of on-board memory

It is available in a wide range of image resolutions.

The Impact T3X series includes the T30 (640 x 480 pixel resolution, greyscale), T31 (640 x 480 pixel resolution, remote-head), T32 (640 x 480 pixel resolution, greyscale, 1/2 CCD format), T33 (640 x 480 pixel resolution, colour), T34 (1024 x 768 pixel resolution, colour), T35 (1024 x 768 pixel resolution, greyscale), T37 (1600 x 1200 pixel resolution, greyscale) and T38 (1600 x 1200 pixel resolution, colour).

The Impact Vision Program Manager (VPM), within the Impact software suite, offers more than 120 tools, including OCR, blob analysis, circle gauge, circular pattern find, line find and sub-pixel gauging.

The VPM's built-in, pre-configured operator panel displays inspection data and pass/fail results at the touch of a button.

Impact Software Suite Version 8.0 is available with a drag-and-drop feature.

The Impact T series is compatible with a broad range of industrial control equipment and instrumentation, offering discrete I/O, serial, Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP, HTTP, Modbus and ActiveX communication protocols.
