Prominent Fluid Controls now offers a complete dosing system which can be used for pH control in a variety of water treatment applications from process water to wastewater treatment.
Prominent Fluid Controls now offers a complete dosing system which can be used for pH control in a variety of water treatment applications from process water to wastewater treatment.
The self-contained unit has two hydraulic connection outlets for dosing acid and alkali, allowing it to be simply plugged into an existing process system.
The dosing systems are ready-mounted on a rugged backboard.
Key components are two precision metering pumps with controllers, a control cabinet and the necessary pipework and valves to ensure safe, efficient operation.
This includes isolation valves, a pressure gauge, overpressure relief valve, nonreturn valve and pulsation dampener.
Individual components within the dosing system can be selected according to the specific application.
Thus the dosing pumps could be beta, gamma/L or Sigma pumps depending on the level of dosing required.
Prominent also offers matched pH measurement and control systems, with a comprehensive rang of pH sensors and single and two channel feedback controllers.
The sensors can be fitted in a variety of housings or directly into pipelines for flexible interface to the process.
Transmitters can transfer measured parameters back to a central control via a Profibus interface if required.
