The Per1 is an impermeable silicone membrane-covered sensor, which offers excellent resistance to attack from dirt, lime or surfactants.

Prominent Fluid Controls has introduced a new measurement station for the measurement and control of hydrogen peroxide used in swimming pools, or for the treatment of contaminated wastewater or process media from production environments.

Totally biodegradable, hydrogen peroxide is frequently used as a disinfectant or oxidant in water treatment and production.

The new system features a new Per1 membrane-covered amperometric sensor in combination with a D1C single-channel controller, now available for hydrogen peroxide measurement.

This compact unit saves space, has low installation costs and requires little maintenance.

The Per1 is an impermeable silicone membrane-covered sensor, which offers excellent resistance to attack from dirt, lime or surfactants.

Used for online determination of hydrogen peroxide concentration, Per1 is available in versions operating in the measurement ranges 2-200mg/litre or 20-2000mg/litre.

The sensor is rugged, with its transmitter and temperature compensation system built into the PVC-C shaft.

It operates at temperatures up to 50C and in a pH range of 2-11.

The D1C single channel controller for hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid is the latest addition to this series of PI/PID measurement and control units.

The unit is available in wall-mounted and panel-mounted versions, each with a large, easy to-read graphic display to show the measured value and easy to-follow instructions for setting up the controller.

The two-wire probe input provides effective immunity from interferences.

The controller has two electrically isolated 0/4-0mA outputs for the control of Prominent metering pumps and solenoid valves or servomotors.
