ProMinent Fluid Controls' Conceptplus chemical dosing pump has a capacity range of 0.6 litres an hour at 10 bar to 4 litres an hour at 7 bar.
The Conceptplus chemical dosing pump from ProMinent Fluid Controls can be used in a host of different water treatment applications including grinding systems, car-wash systems, industrial dishwashing machines and water disinfection.
The pump has dosing heads in PPE (polypropylene/ Eparts per million) or NPB (acrylic/PVC/FPMB) and has a capacity range of 0.6 litres an hour at 10 bar to 4 litres an hour at 7 bar.
Dosing can be continuously manually controlled between 10% and 100% by adjusting the pump stroke length with an additional 4 settings for the stroke frequency.
This allows an overall adjustment ratio of 1:40.
In addition to manual control, an external control kit is also available.
Completely field retrofittable, this allows the pump to be set up for use via 0V contacts, for example when used in conjunction with a flow meter or a metering and control system.
A float switch retrofit kit is also available for use with float switch connections.
Accessories available for the Conceptplus include a foot valve, injection valve, a 2m suction line and 5m discharge tubing.
