Proces-Data has a range of weight transmitters, weight displays and weighing terminals using an integrated P-NET fieldbus
Proces-Data has been producing components for industrial weighing systems for many years.
The range includes weight transmitters, weight displays and weighing terminals, amongst many other fieldbus components for process automation.
All these units are capable of communicating with each other, as well as with PCs, using the integrated P-NET fieldbus (BS EN 50170/1, IEC 61158/4).
They are therefore able to operate as a complete weighing system, and as part of an overall control system.
Data acquisition and the documentation of events have become ever more important considerations within modern weighing systems.
This is why they are an integrated part of this new weighing solution.
Any significant event occurring within the system may be stored in the memory of a Weighing Terminal, and later transferred to a PC via the P-NET fieldbus.
Machine builders and automation companies will typically perform the system integration.
Using a minimum number of module types from Proces-Data, they are able to produce exactly the solution their customers need, using the easy to use Windows based PC software provided.
