New US distributor for Perlast

Precision Polymer Engineering has appointed the White Seal Division of JL White Technical Sales as exclusive technical sales representatives in the USA for its range of Perlast perfluoroelastomers

High performance seals specialist, Precision Polymer Engineering has appointed the White Seal Division of JL White Technical Sales, in California as exclusive technical sales representatives for its range of Perlast perfluoroelastomers parts in the United States Under the sales and marketing agreement, White Seal will establish a network of technical representatives throughout the US who will promote Perlast in their assigned regions

Perlast is a high performance third generation perfluoroelastomer.

In addition to AS568A, metric and custom o-rings, it is also available "to print" in the form of custom moldings, bonded parts and sheets for the most aggressive applications.

The material displays high temperature stability up to 3100C and is available in a range of hardnesses from 50 to 90 durometer.

Three grades are Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved for use in food and pharmaceutical applications whilst the pure Perlast Essential range has been specially formulated to meet the demanding needs of the semiconductor industry.

Perlast parts are manufactured in Precision Polymer Engineering's clean room manufacturing facilities at its plant in Blackburn, UK.
