PTG Industries says that it now leads the laser industry with explosive growth of over 400% during the last nine months.
CEO Dmitri Nikitin stated: "In the next 6-12 months PTG will be the number one manufacturer and distributor of fibre laser systems for material processing".
"We are currently in second place in the USA".
The new generation of fibre lasers is revolutionising the laser industry as they are rapidly replacing conventional, expensive, unreliable, high maintenance NdYag and CO2 systems".
Robin Barbero VP Sales and Marketing added: "PTG launched this new generation of laser systems less than a year ago, and today most of the biggest names in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical, tooling, plastics and general manufacturing industries have already installed PTG trials or multiples of 10 or more units per customer operating reliably 24/7 on conveyer lines or individual direct parts marking applications".
PTG's fibre laser systems are virtually maintenance-free, and considerably more economical to own and operate.
The success of the company is based on its scientific innovation, its own R and D facility, its knowledgeable high level engineering team (EE, software, design) manufacturing, and vertical integration capabilities.
PTG is the leading source for the new generation of fibre laser direct parts marking applications.
PTG has full manufacturing capability, including CNC machining for parts fabrication, design and assembly of PC boards, lasers, sheet metal and all frame components.
The company is set up to build several complete turnkey systems per day.
A new engineering and implementation process is being put into place during this expansion which will result in more than a 30% discount in current pricing for laser marking equipment.
PTG Industries is positioned to sell equipment for less than what their competitors pay for the components themselves.
