PTG Industries has launched the first US (and worldwide) laser equipment rental business represented via LaserDepot.net.

PTG Industries has launched the first US (and worldwide) laser equipment rental business, represented via LaserDepot.net.

This rental business became possible only after the development of a new generation of maintenance-free industrial laser marking systems based on a proprietary fibre laser material processing technology.

CEO Dmitri Nikitin stated: "PTG is finalising the multimillion dollar financing contract to support the growth of a rental business".

"This is going to revolutionise the laser industry".

"Instead of (companies) having to hire service technicians worldwide, PTG now builds equipment requiring no maintenance, making this technology accessible and affordable worldwide".

Initially the company will release a few hundred of the best fibre laser marking systems available for immediate rental.

With a utilisation factor around 60%, the annual revenues of a rental business operation will reach over US$10 million a year.

Nikitin continued: "The company plans to apply the experience to another type of equipment - such as industrial laser cutting".

"No one in the industry has done this on such a wide scale".

Laser cutting and marking technologies are now available with immediate deliveries worldwide.

To support this immense growth the company is experiencing, PTG is adding another 50,000sqft facility and will employ more than 100 additional people next year.
