Flow switch has built-in piston damping
Replacement flow switch eliminates downtime and improves spray painting quality.
A customer had been using a competitor's flow switch to control the volume of compressed air reaching his spray painting gun Because the competitor's flow switch had no built-in damping of the piston in the switch, the pressure of the compressed air caused damage to the magnet and piston and the flow switches had to be frequently replaced

Sensors prevent water damage in engines
The Riko water/fuel sensor detects water in petrol or diesel, warning that the filter or agglomerator needs draining.
The competitor had no solution to the problem.
Honsberg recommended its Type MR1K flow switch, which has built-in piston damping and more accurate compressed air volume control.
As the spray gun is operated, the air compressor comes on line and the MR1K flow switch accurately controls the volume of compressed air, which is mixed with paint at the nozzle of the spray gun.
Precise control of the air/paint ratio is vital to optimum spray painting quality.
With the MR1K flow switch, downtime was eliminated and spray painting quality and productivity were increased.
All of which meant that the customer was happy to stay with Honsberg. Request a free brochure from PVL ...
